HEIDENHAIN is fully owned by a non-profit foundation created by the company’s founder, operating independently of third-party economic and private interests. Profits are used in accordance with our non-profit mandate as well as invested back into the company itself. This ownership structure ensures our sustainable continuity, protects jobs, and gives our employees strong stakeholdership in the company they work for.
