The HEIDENHAIN helpline supports you with its qualified, multilingual specialists at the main facility in Traunreut in solving your problems. Especially if you need technical support the helpline team can provide detailed advice and information on measuring systems, controls, and NC and PLC programming.

Moreover the on-call service for machine standstill gives telephone support and can deliver goods even beyond the regular office hours. As you can see, we do everything to prevent to keep your production up and running.

However, not all problems can be solved over the telephone. For our service engineers, on-site servicing is a matter of course—all around the world.
