Participant Information

The meeting point for seminars is the reception desk at HEIDENHAIN!
The participants will be picked up there by the course leader at 8.00 a.m.! 

Conditions for Participation

Registration 
You can register online with the registration form, or by fax at least three days before the training seminar begins. Please complete a separate registration form for each participant! Reservations made by telephone must be confirmed in writing. The registration requests will be processed in the order they are received. A waiting list will be kept if necessary.

If participants cancel their registration within seven days of the first day of instruction without naming a replacement, a processing fee of €150 per person (plus value added tax) will be assessed. If a participant simply does not appear without any notification, the entire course fee is forfeit. HEIDENHAIN reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course dates at short notice for good reason, without being liable for any legal damages. If we must cancel a course, the participant will either be given a credit for a new date, or will receive a refund of the course fee. HEIDENHAIN will not be held liable for other costs incurred by cancellation of the course. An individual offer will be made for special courses that are to be offered to one or more interested parties, either at HEIDENHAIN or externally. The other conditions listed under “Customer-specific training seminars” shall apply.  

Course fee

Your registration will be confirmed with your receipt of the invoice approx. three weeks before the course begins. The invoice amount must be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
For most courses the course fee covers the following:

• Training
• Course materials
• Lunch and coffee breaks
  
  

Travel expenses, lodging and breakfast are not included in the fee. For special courses, either the costs stated for “Customer-specific training seminars” or the conditions agreed to in the individual offer shall apply.
